The following terms and conditions of sale constitute a binding agreement between Zapzero Ltd and
its customers, which applies to all purchases made on the website SocksFox.com. You agree
not to change these terms of sale from the form presented by us. All other terms and conditions
including those in any order submitted by you are expressly excluded and shall have no effect.
Order process
All orders submitted by you on the SocksFox.com website represent an offer for contract. We
reserve the right to refuse your offer for any reason. Only if and when we either explicitly
confirm the acceptance of your order by email or dispatch the goods together with a dispatch
note will a binding contract be entered.
Prices & VAT
All prices quoted are for new products and include Free Worldwide Delivery*.
Within the European Union all prices quoted are priced in Great British Pound (GBP) including VAT at current rates.
For purchases made outside the European Union the price is the same as those quoted for within the European Union.
VAT is not charged on purchases made outside the European Union,
the additional administration costs associated with managing overseas delivery make up the difference.
Feedback from the majority of our overseas customers supports this trading practice as it enables SocksFox to provide on-going
Free Worldwide Delivery and makes the overall transaction simpler.
We regularly review this trading practice to make sure that the majority of our overseas customers continue to benefit from this approach.
All purchases must be paid in full before delivery.
Zapzero Ltd will continue to own, and reserve the right to repossess any goods sold from its website
until payment has been received and cleared in full.

Delivery
All delivery dates are given in good faith. Zapzero Ltd accepts no liability for delays resulting
from occurrences outside its control. These include, but are not limited to
acts of God, strikes, lockouts and delays by suppliers. We regret that we
are unable to guarantee timed delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform
Zapzero Ltd of any change of
delivery address. Zapzero Ltd accepts no liability for shipping made to the wrong
address, if a customer did not inform it of any change in address at least 10 days
before the shipping date.
Zapzero Ltd will not be responsible for any local customs or import duties that may be
levied when the goods enter the country of destination.
