Traditionally, Rohner Socks are predominantly hand-linked, which means that each and every stitch in a stocking is pulled up on the needle and attached to the adjacent stitch by hand. This creates the hand-linked flat loop seams which guarantees the superior wearing comfort.

Socks from Rohner are mostly made of a blend of traditional and high-tech fabrics like KEVLAR®, COOLMAX® and GORE-TEX®.

Rohner offer their socks in three main ranges:

• Sports
  Specialised socks for the various activities. Modern materials and anatomic fit for comfort and performance.
• Classic
  Soft socks for daily life.
• Heavy Duty
  Extra strong and padded socks for tough jobs.

Rohner was founded in 1933. The company produces their socks in Switzerland and Portugal. Rohner employs about 180 people and sells 8 million pairs of socks per year.
